Mat work with rollers, balls, weights, and rings. Focused stretching and balancing postures create a strong core and increase stability.

Advanced Pilates Fitness / Challenging

High intensity Pilates fitness fusion.

  • Nora is the trainer/developer of this great class. This class is taught once per week as a group class for half an hour with Pilates Barre for the second half hour.

Pilates Barre / Sculpt

This class is the second half of the Advanced Pilates Fitness class. Pilates Barre class works the legs and core. This blends together to give you maximum sculpting.

Zumba

Latin & international music to motivate you through the moves. You can't stop yourself from having a great time in this class.

This is a specific training program for golfers to strengthen & develop the core, shourlders & hips for greater power in their game.

Personal Training

This program is for anyone who needs help getting motivated with customized training and attention to the small movements that make a big difference.
